Each charter comes equipped with a skilled crew, security gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The specifics included vary depending on the type of service — sunset tours come with premium drinks and snacks, while business charters include meeting amenities and professional catering services.

To secure your spot, it's best to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks ahead, particularly in the busy season from May to September. For business gatherings or private events, booking 4–6 weeks prior gives better availability and time for personalization.

Our foremost concern is your safety. Should the weather be considered dangerous by our skipper, we'll propose a new date for your charter or give a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will notify you 24 hours before your set out time if the forecast is uncertain.

Indeed, your own provisions and refreshments are permissible. Nevertheless, we also provide outstanding catering options and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Take note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

We endeavor to be inclusive of all our guests. Some of our vessels have features that make them more accessible than others. Get in touch with us at the time of your reservation to go over specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and set up any necessary arrangements.

Cancellations done 72 hours or more before setting sail are 100% refundable. If cancelling between 24 and 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund applies. Any cancellations within 24 hours do not qualify for a refund unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
